His kindness and attention to detail were truly exceptional. Lastly, Brandy, though I only had a brief interaction with her, was friendly and kind. I greatly appreciate the wonderful service provided by these individuals and they are a big reason why I would definitely return to Homewood Suites.

One detail I found disappointing was that my suite had not been fully serviced upon my arrival. There were missing items like toilet paper, towels, and clean quilts.
